Giggles Play Mill £6.75, Jellybeans from £6, Tenpin from £3.50: Warrington soft play and rainy-day places with prices, ages and booking, checked 28 October.
For soft play in Warrington, most families end up at Giggles Play Mill in Evans House on Norman Street, which says it was the town’s first soft play centre and charges £6.75 a child; Jellybeans on Wharf Street, which adds a climbing wall and mini bowling; or the soft play at Tenpin on Winwick Quay, from £3.50. Every entry was checked against the venue’s own site on 28 October 2026.
We have not visited these places for this guide, and nothing here is a review. Each entry sets out what the venue publishes about prices, ages, opening hours and booking, with the Food Standards Agency hygiene rating where the venue serves food. Where a fact comes from somewhere other than the venue’s own site, we say so. Prices change, especially in the school holidays, so check before you set off.
Soft play centres
Giggles Play Mill, Evans House
Giggles describes itself as a family-run centre established in 2009, owned and managed by a former early years teacher, and “the first soft play centre to open in Warrington”. It is on the third floor of Evans House, reached by lift, with a two-tier one-way play frame, a low climbing wall, two slides, a pirate ship, a bouncy slide and a large sports area. Sessions cost £6.75 a child over one, weekdays and weekends, and £2.50 for under-ones; adults go in free. Every session must be pre-booked and paid for, and a sensory hub session (10am to 10.45am, Monday to Friday) costs £2.50 extra. Children over 149cm cannot play. The cafe serves sandwiches, paninis and baked potatoes. Open 10am to 5pm daily; free parking in the Evans House car park. We could not find Giggles on the FSA register under its own name. 3rd Floor, Evans House, Norman Street, WA2 7HW; 01925 445753.
Jellybeans Play Centre, Wharf Street
Jellybeans calls itself “the superior childrens play centre”. Its prices page gives £6 a child on term-time weekdays before 3pm (£6.50 after 3pm) and £12 at weekends, bank holidays and half term, with a play-and-eat deal from £9. Two adults are included, extra adults £1. Its FAQs say there is no need to book, play is unlimited, there is a car park and no outside food is allowed. Fun2b, Buckley Street
Fun2b calls itself “the Premier Play & Party Centre in Warrington”, with a multi-level soft play frame, themed party rooms and a cafe, about five minutes’ walk from Warrington Central station. Its website lists £6 a child in term time and £9 at weekends and in the holidays, free entry for adults and under-ones, and a term-time play-and-meal deal at £9 from 3pm to 5.15pm. Slimeville, Friars Gate

Its FAQs say it is for children aged 3 to 12, in 90-minute sessions from 10am (the last starts at 4pm), with capacity capped each session. SEND sessions run every Wednesday and Thursday at about half the usual capacity. The venue says it is wheelchair and pram friendly and the slime washes out with hot water. Tickets are booked online. How we chose
These are the indoor places Warrington parents search for when it rains: the soft play centres in and around the town centre, the bowling alleys with a soft play area, the council’s centre for children with additional needs, a climbing centre with clubs for over-sixes, and the free museum. The facts come from each venue’s own website, Warrington Borough Council’s pages and the Food Standards Agency register. We left out play centres that still appear on listing sites but show no sign of trading, and any we could not find on a venue’s own site or social page.
