Roasts from £16 at the Hatton Arms to £26.95 at Little Manor: 10 Warrington and Lymm Sunday roasts with menu prices, serving times and hygiene ratings.

For a Sunday roast in Warrington, most people end up at Little Manor in Thelwall, the Hatton Arms and the Thorn Inn, or in Lymm at the Spread Eagle or the canalside Barn Owl Inn. Six of the ten publish Sunday prices, and all are rated 4 or 5 for hygiene. Every entry was checked against the venue’s own website on 25 October 2026.

We have not eaten at these places for this guide, and nothing here is a review. Each entry sets out what the pub or restaurant publishes about its Sunday roast: the meats, the trimmings, the price, when the kitchen serves and its rules on booking, dogs and children. To that we add the Food Standards Agency (FSA) hygiene rating. Menus change with the seasons, so treat a price as a guide and check before you book.

How we chose

We started from the pubs Warrington people search for when they want a Sunday roast, and kept those that publish what they serve on Sundays on their own website. Then we checked each one against that website and the Food Standards Agency register on 25 October 2026. We left out pubs whose website we could not reach, had lapsed or carried no Sunday information, and the Church Green at Heatley, which announced on its website that it has closed. Nobody listed has paid to be here. For more ideas, see things to do in Warrington, what’s on this month, our Warrington restaurants guide, our cafes guide and the pubs in our directory.
